SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer fast reliable shipping within the EU with German Post, DHL and DPD. After your goods have been shipped, you will receive an e-mail and can track the progress of your order with the tracking ID contained therein (not for merchandise shipments). Depending on the chosen payment method (prepayment will be shipped approx. 2 days after your payment instruction) the goods usually leave our warehouse after 1-2 days and will be delivered within Germany in approx. 1-2 days. Within the EU, the goods are usually delivered within 3-10 days.

We charge shipping costs per order at a flat rate. Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in Germany (Germany) within 2-4 days, within the EU of 3-10 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
